There are two simple methods to test whether your configuration is working correctly:

1. Test telephone number - sipgate has established the test telephone number 10000. An automated announcement will be played if you select this.
2. Echo test under the free service number 10005 ( sip: 10005@sipgate.com) - You will be able to check whether or not the configuration of your terminal is working correctly as well as the quality of your connection with the echo test. Please speak to record a short message (max. 30 seconds in length). The system will save the message and immediately play it back to you so that you can check the sound quality. Your message will be automatically deleted after playing.
