Setting up call forwarding
You can forward your incoming calls for each of your extensions to your voicemail.
This is how:
- Click on Settings.
- Now click on Voicemail, Call Forwarding & Hunting
Call Forwarding
Determine under which conditions the call forwarding should be carried out. The following options are available:
- When I do not answer
- When I am on the phone
- When my phone is offline or unavailable
For all three conditions different rules can be defined:
- Select whether you want the call to be forwarded immediately or after a specified number of seconds.
- Select your voicemail as the call forwarding target.
Timeframe
This is where you can determine the time period for the call forwarding. You have several options for particular days of the week and/or times of the day.
