Creating filters & notifications

You can create certain filters and notifications for every type of event (calls, faxes and/or voicemails).

  • Click on Filters & Notifications.
  • Click on Add Filter.
  • Select the event for which you wish to create a filter.
  • Select the events (calls, faxes and/or voicemails) to which you wish to add a filter. Then indicate whether you would like to filter a single phone number, user, group and/or external numbers.
  • Next, determine whether you would like to filter incoming and/or outgoing events.

Below are the following options with which you can filter desired events:

  • Attach label: One or several labels can automatically be attached to the selected event(s).
  • Send email to: You will be notified by email if the selected event is enabled.
  • Mark as read: The selected events will always be marked as read in your inbox.
  • Star: The selected event is "starred" as important.
  • Archive: The desired event is archived without being displayed in the incoming events beforehand.
  • Delete: The event will be deleted from your inbox.

Finally, click on Save and the filters you have created will be immediately activated. You can delete or change filters at any time. Just click on the desired filter to make the necessary changes.
