Unfortunately, there can be problems uploading and sending PDF files sometimes, which we regrettably cannot control. The causes for these errors are not easily narrowed down. There are often incompatibilities between different PDF applications. 

Common errors are:

• The size of the PDF file sent exceeds 2MB.
• The file format is not correct: Although the PDF file in the Viewer of your application shows the vertical format, it is actually in the horizontal format and therefore cannot be sent.
• There is a compatibility issue between the software you use and ours. Unfortunately, these types of errors can never be completely excluded because of the many different PDF applications.

Suggestion:
If sending the PDF file fails, then it might be useful to try using another PDF application.
