Installing the Softphone:

• Click on the sipgate Softphone button und save the "setup.exe" data on your hard drive.
• Run the set-up and then confirm that you would like to install the Softphone.
• After a short installation the Softphone is immediately ready to use.
• The installation can be found at Start -> Program -> sipgate -> sipgate phone

Using the Softphone:

• Connect a headset or a USB receiver to your PC.
• Start the Softphone at Start -> Program -> sipgate -> sipgate phone und login with your access data (email address and password).
• If you have already added contacts in your sipgate account, these can be called directly from the Softphone.
• If you have not added any contacts yet, simply use the entry field under Call to enter the desired phone number manually.
• By clicking on history, you can see your most recent calls (incoming and dialled) on your sipgate account.
• You can change the audio qualities, if necessary, under Settings if you are having problems with the STUN-Server. (very seldom)
