Configuring call hunting

Setting up voicemail, call forwarding and hunting


Call forwarding.
You can set up call forwarding to send incoming calls directly to voicemail or to another phone number.

How to:

  • Click My Settings and then click either Phone or Voicemail.
  • Click Voicemail, Call Forwarding & Hunting
  • Choose the extension that you wish to setup call forwarding for.


I want to forward my calls
Here you can decide whether to have all calls immediately forwarded without ringing your phone first or only in special cases.


When I do not answer
Here you can choose how long your phone will ring before the call is forwarded and whether to send the call to your voicemail or to another phone number.


When I am on the phone
Here you can choose how long the call will wait for you to be finished with the call you are currently making and whether to send the call to your voicemail or to another phone number.


When my phone is offline or unavailable
Choose whether to send any calls received whilst offline or unavailable to your voicemail or to another phone number.


Click here if you want this rule to be active during a specified timeframe
Here you can choose what days and times your calls will be forwarded as per the rules selected above.


    Example: Setting up call forwarding for workdays and weekends.


•    First let us setup call forwarding for when you are at work.
•    Click Phone for the user whom you are setting up call forwarding for and then click Voicemail, Call Forwarding & Hunting.
•    Choose whether call forwarding should be permanently active or only in special cases.
•    Choose where calls should be forwarded to and how long the call should ring before being forwarded.
•    Finally choose a time frame for the call forwarding feature to be active during.
•    Should you wish to contactable during 8am and 6pm you will need to setup two time frames.
•    The first time frame should be from 00.00 to 08.00, once this has been selected click Add row. Then select 18.01 to 23.59. This will now forward all calls outside of the hours of 8am to 6pm to your voicemail or another phone number.
•    Next click Add row once again to setup forwarding for weekends, for example 00.00 to 23.59, this will forward all calls during the weekend to your selected destination.
•    Click Save in order to save your changes.
