With the automatic account crediting function you can ensure that your sipgate account never runs out of credit. Please note that you are unable to disable this feature if you currently have a plan that requires a monthly fee and/or have the E911 feature enabled.

How it works:
Should your credit fall under a certain amount that you choose, your account will automatically charge your credit card with an amount of your choosing. Please note, this function only works via credit card.

How to:

• Go to Settings -> Billing & Invoices -> Settings
  
• Under "Automatic Crediting" click Edit.
  
• Choose the credit amount at which your account should be automatically credited, and for how much.
  
• Ensure all details are correct and tick the I authorise sipgate to charge my credit card with the amounts due box.
  
• Click Save

Note: Your automatic crediting options can be changed at any time.

The minimum amount that you are able to select for automatic crediting is your contract price rounded up to the nearest $10. This is to ensure that you always have enough credit on your account to pay your monthly contract fee.
