You can setup notifications for voicemail messages. These can be via email or SMS. You can edit the notifications per user or per group.

How to:

• Select the user or group whose fax you wish to add notifications for.
• Click on the Voicemail tab.
• Next to the Notification heading you have the options "via email" and "via SMS to". Click to the right of whichever option is appropriate and enter either the email address of the phone number the notification should be sent to.
• Click "Save".

Note: Should you select to be notified by email, the voicemail message will be available as an .mp3 attachment
